Grande Réserve wine
An olfactory intensity underlined by the finesse and subtlety of its aromas
This special 100% Cabernet Sauvignon vintage, with a deep robe, presents an olfactory intensity underlined by the finesse and subtlety of its vanilla aromas of ripe fruit, candied and spices. Well balanced, elegant, velvety, structured without excess with a fairly long sap, it can be tasted young. But the secondary bouquet will only be expressed after aging in the dark of a cellar.

During the meal: With beef tenderloin, game or powerful cheeses. Temperature of service: young from 12 to 14°C, after ageing 15 to 18°C.

The red traditon is educated during 12 months in oak barrels French stave wood. This education gives to this wine a flavor and a particular aroma which make its richness. Powerful game and cheeses will make a prefect couple associated with this wine which will develop every flavors.

All years : Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
